Enlighten Supply Pool is a leading recruitment specialist in the Education Sector supplying professional teaching and support staff to schools, and offering the most cost effective solutions within Secondary Schools. Due to rapid growth within the Education Sector we are looking to take on a consultant to continue the expansion of the business, within the city of London based in Liverpool Street. The successful candidate will be target driven and have the ability to manage existing schools whilst developing new business within Schools. You will also have extremely good communication and customer service skills and the ability to manage your time well. Our experience shows that to be successful as a Recruitment Consultant you’ll have the ability to effectively build relationship and are looking to build a career as a Recruitment Consultant in the Education Sector or have worked in the recruitment industry you could have a head start, although applicants with proven sales skills or those who are results driven and possess excellent communication skills with a can-do attitude are also successful in our business, you must also have interest within the Education Sector.
