Job Description

The Supply Room, based in a Teacher Training College in Kilburn Park/ West Hampstead (NW6), is now recruiting for an energetic and driven recruitment consultant to join their growing North West London team. To be considered for this post you MUST have prior experience working as an Education Recruitment Consultant (Primary, Secondary or SEN). You will be joining a lovely team of 5 who recruit staff to work in schools across Central and North London. You will be given coaching and support by an experienced, friendly and committed branch manager. We have excellent transport links close by: * Kilburn High Road (London Overground) – 5 min walk * Kilburn Park (Bakerloo line) – 5 min walk * West Hampstead (Jubilee) – 10 min walk * West Hampstead Thameslink and Overground – 10 min walk Our ideal applicant will be looking to kickstart their career in an environment where hard work is recognised through an attractive commission scheme and a set career ladder. You should be motivated by achieving targets and supporting your team to be the best in the company. Prior experience is required for this role, however, full training will be provided.
