We are looking for recruitment consultants who have experience in the secondary education recruitment sector who can build a successful desk and help the business achieve its long term strategies. Bringing your strong personality and previous experience to the business you will able to make an immediate impact with clients and candidates as well as with other team members and be looking for a role where you can excel with truly uncapped earning potential and where you can really be a part of the business sharing in the business successes that you have helped create through equity plans and a career path to Director level.
Have previous recruitment consultant experience in the education recruitment sector
Have excelled by consistently over achieving your targets [days/GP/Business Development]
Have a track record of forging and building excellent relationships with clients and candidates
Have an ambition to develop your career to Director level
Have the drive, ambition, tenacity & ability to succeed in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Be influential and motivational with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Be a good team player and be confident in time & desk management and multi-tasking
Have a strong work ethic and be committed to achieve your targets and goals.
