Job Description

We are currently seeking to employ a full time Recruitment consultant initially ideally, for a one-year contract with the possibility of a full time position, later if the applicant can show they can add value to the company. The role is mainly that of a sales nature. Consultants within our sector are expected to contact clients on a regular basis and maintain excellent communications with our regular clients, while constantly seeking new ones. The role also includes visiting clients in their place of work or in the current climate using online meetings. In addition, our recruitment consultants are expected to undertake basic administration associated with their position. You will be expected to source candidates suitable for the roles you secure and ensure full compliance before engaging the candidate. The basic salary is 30 - 32k Per Annum with our company would routinely earn bonuses of 10K - 15k a year and these are uncapped. We would expect a successful intermediate range consultant to earn in the region of 60k a year. Qualifications: It is essential you have a degree and it is essential you have two years experience in the role of an Education Recruitment Consultant although this is not a leadership role we would expect the successful candidate to be able to develop a positive relationship with our clients and have their own ideas on using this to move the business forward. This role will start shift at 7am during school time. You will be expected to start at this time during term time and take your holidays during school holiday period. The role is suitable for someone to is looking to prepare for a leadership role in the recruitment industry in the near future. Our office has plenty of space and it is straightforward to maintain social distancing within the building, which is easily made COVID secure, You will ,therefore be working wholly within the office environment
