EDUCATION RECRUITMENT SERVICER Provide Education is a leading Education Recruitment Agency specialising in placing Education supply staff into Schools and Education settings across the East Midlands, Yorkshire, Greater Manchester and the North East regions. Due to our continued success, and investment to support further growth, we are now excited to announce that we are looking for a servicer to join our dedicated team at our head office in Barnsley South Yorkshire. Within the full 360 role your responsibilities will include: Bookings: Assisting the Recruitment Consultants with filling bookings; emergency and advance. Adding bookings to the system and sending correct clearance information through to the Schools. Aiding during clear downs and checking clearance information Long Term Lists - Calling around active / inactive candidates to gain interest for positions. CV Profiles - Editing CVs to ensure they are up to date with work history & preparing/ editing them to send out to schools. Registrations - Assisting with registrations where needed in branch. Vacancies - Searching LEA sites / Job sites for long term vacancies & keeping a record of closing dates. Open Days - Organising and booking people into open days as well as assisting with registrations. We are looking for: Ambitious candidates that are able to demonstrate their self motivated drive to succeed. You must have a strong work ethic and be passionate with a 'can do’ attitude to succeed. You should be efficient, organised and able to know how to prioritise a stretching work load in a fast paced environment.
