Description Education / IT Recruiter with Middle East Experience required £36,000 + Commission OTE · Must have Bullhorn and recruitment experience. · Eddison Knight is currently expanding into the Middle East and has requirements for an Arabic speaking Education and IT recruiter. · You must have strong technical knowledge as the complexity of some roles do require a thorough understanding of hardware as well as Active Directory, DHCP, DNS servers and Networking. · The role also requires a strong educational background with any educational experience in the Middle East of particular interest for key projects being rolled out currently. · The role may require 6am starts regularly and working on Sundays in line with Middle East working patterns. So flexibility is a must. · We are conducting interviews and require immediate local starters as a preference. Key responsibilities · Manage relationships with key clients and new business development opportunities. · Helping to devise, manage and implement proactive media engagement strategies for Middle East region. · Dealing confidently with key contacts internally and provide IT knowledge and training where appropriate. · Responding quickly and accurately to client requests; · Sourcing and preparing roles and jobs. · Managing the work of more junior team members to implement client projects; · Managing relationships within key international and Arabic media. · Maintaining regular communication with clients and attending meetings; · Overseeing contact reports and agendas for client meetings; · Leading research for new business proposals and suggesting and developing new lines of potential business. · Pro-actively source names and opportunities within various companies in the IT industry primarily over the phone. · Continually develop phone conversations to improve qualification of potential candidates for our clients. · Continually focus and ensure initial planning for long term projects are on course with agreed milestones and demonstrate ownership and accountability to meet these goals throughout. The role is very firmly results based, with specific short/medium/long term measurable targets agreed, executed and remunerated against.
