Job Purpose: The Employability /Recruitment Adviser will be required to conduct initial and on-going assessment of clients to establish work readiness and ability to sustain employment. You will be expected to provide a high quality information advice and guidance, including effective planning, and referring to appropriate specialist support and/or provision within the community. The successful candidate will be required to track clients through to a positive destination. Main Responsibilities: Assess the barriers clients face to achieving their goals in relation to their circumstances, capabilities and motivation and use effective caseload management practices to create actions plans for clients Provide training / coaching / support for clients on an individual and/or group basis to support agreed actions that will improve their circumstances, increase their capabilities and enhance their motivation to find sustainable employment Identify and engage local community support/provision for individuals experience of working with individuals who face disadvantages in relation to employment, inclusion and independence with varying and complex needs and barriers demonstrating active listening skills to quickly build rapport Experience of delivering training in group situations and providing one to one coaching and positively influencing the clients journey and employer relationships Strong track record in delivering job outcome success to disadvantaged groups of clients Identify individual client motivators to enable clients to take ownership of their goals and actions and support SMART, based action plans and the ability to manage, support and review a caseload to achieve targets and client progression Participate in any other reasonable duties/projects as requested by the Line Manager Meet all quality standards set out by the company, including commitment to, and promotion of, all policies including Equality and Diversity & Health and Safety Carry out responsibilities in accordance with company standards, processes and procedures Attend relevant meetings in accordance to the company meeting schedule Act as an Ambassador at all times and positively promote the range of services the company delivers at every opportunity Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are in place for this job role. The role holder must meet quality standards and achievement of targets set by the company, performance is monitored as part of the organisations’ quality assurance arrangements Key Skills: IAG Level 3 You will have been a recruitment consultant in an agency You will have held an employer engagement role previously and had some experience fulfilling roles Experience of providing employment advice and guidance Experience of working towards targets Experience of assisting people back to work IT skills: minimum Intermediate Excel and Word Target and Customer focused Ability to multi-task in fast paced deadline driven environment Ability to identify issues and propose solutions and see through to resolution Motivated team player with ability to work on own initiative Project an honest, professional and positive image Excellent communication skills both spoken and written Proven track record in achieving timely KPIs A proven track record of employer engagement A proven track record of client engagement and recruitment Good communication and interpersonal skills Good organisational and time management skills Experience to working to tight deadlines Strong IT skills Experience of working in a team A good understanding of Airport operations, environment and sectors within would be desirable This role is subject to a DBS check and 5-year reference history Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Mon -Fri (flexible to work occasional evening and weekends) Salary: dependant on experience
