Job Description

In this role you will develop, manage and deliver talent attraction and engagement projects and activities designed to help our clients understand their Employer Value Proposition and put in place strategies to attract, engage and retain great people. Responsibilities: * Act as a consultant on EVP, employer branding and talent attraction strategies. * Develop employer branding and talent attraction strategies for businesses operating in our chosen markets, ensuring services are delivered to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget. * Coordinate and conduct EVP projects for our clients. To include qualitative and quantitative research and the creation of EVP reports and proposals. * With support from our in-house creative team, create engaging messaging and supporting artwork that reflects and adheres to client employer brand guidelines. * Plan and co-ordinate talent attraction activities for our clients by creating media schedules and proposals, including the creation of social media campaigns, content marketing, online job advertising (for example: PPC advertising, job boards and aggregators) and offline advertising where appropriate. * Lead the development and content management of our client branded careers and campaign websites - from employer brand videos to job-specific website landing pages. Make recommendations to improve current sites and increase site engagement. * Manage the creation of recruitment marketing and onboarding content including multi-media web content, employee profile pieces, careers brochures, employer branded emails and interview and onboarding packs. * Support business development by working with other senior managers to generate new clients and new business with existing clients. To include the development of pitches and presentations. * Support the development of employer branding and Solutions talent management bids and proposals. * Regularly research and test the latest attraction and engagement techniques and make recommendations on their effectiveness. * Represent the Group's employer branding services function by attending client meetings as required. * Create reports and statistics on attraction and engagement activities/campaigns for key clients using a variety of tools including CRM and Applicant Tracking Systems, Google Analytics and social media insights. * Manage and co-ordinate the resources needed to service projects including internal resource and external agencies/freelancers The Ideal Candidate Will possess the following skills, experience and qualifications: * Minimum Degree Level or equivalent in Marketing, Communications or HR (i.e. CIM, CIPR) * Experience in working with employer brands, couple with a strong understanding of recruitment marketing is essential. * Strong track record in developing innovative campaigns which focus on messaging development and digital marketing. * Experience in campaign scheduling and media buying. * Copywriting, proofing and editing experience is essential. * Experience using website content management systems, social media campaign management tools and Google Analytics is an advantage.
