We are now seeking a passionate, dynamic, vibrant Apprenticeship Consultant to join our Swift ACI team. This role is perfect for applicants with a 360 recruiting, sales or business development background; however, we can train the skills needed - we want to employ the right personality in true Swift style! As an Apprenticeship Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing suitable employment opportunities for Childcare Apprentices (16-18 years old) and managing the process through to successful employment. This is an exciting role that involves selling the benefits of the apprenticeship programme to potential employers, whilst building strong relationships with them to ensure the apprentices gain employment and experience within the childcare field. Key Attributes of an Apprenticeship Consultant * Positive attitude * Strong communication skills * Ability to work to tight deadlines consistently * Works effectively as part of the company team, communicating positively at all levels both internally and externally * Works effectively as part of an individual academy team, recognising areas where support is required. * Sales/business development knowledge and experience. * Hardworking with integrity, honesty and a desire to succeed. * Able and prepared to take responsibility and accountability * Professionally manage customer communications * Professionally manage workload and conflicting priorities * Problem solver with good organisational skills * Full Driving License Main Duties and Responsibilities: * Developing relationships with employers relevant to the business unit by attending networking events, meetings and other engagement activity * Having a proactive approach with potential employers, understanding their requirements and business needs * Providing a single point of contact for key accounts and escalate any issues as appropriate to the CTL * Working effectively with the team to ensure all issues are dealt with in a timely manner, recording the issues and closing them out with their line manager at regular meetings * Liaising with the Curriculum Team as necessary in order to introduce them to the employers * Working closely with the Intake Consultant, in order to understand the strengths / aspirations of the apprentices you will be putting forward for vacancies If you feel you have the skills required to thrive in this exciting and challenging role, we’d love to speak with you
