We seeking an Engineering & Technical Recruitment Manager, based around the East & West Midlands regions. This role will be to manage the recruitment of contract and permanent personnel for operational projects and gain new and sustaining current working relationships with candidates & contractors as well as client companies. Responsibilities within this role will include: Actively securing new clients Developing a good understanding of client companies, industry and projects Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients Maintaining, updating and using the contractor database to select the most appropriate personnel to meet the client's requirements Requesting references and checking suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client Assist in the preparation of CV's and correspondence to forward to the Client in respect of suitable applicants Negotiating pay rates and finalising arrangements between clients and candidate Maintaining communication with the client throughout projects Coordinate with the Client all offshore crew change requirements, administration and travel Identify, source and approach suitable potential candidates / contractors through a variety of methods including social media and direct approaches Receiving and reviewing contractor applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates Receive and maintain contractor CV's and certification Recruiting through social media platforms and managing responses alongside the Administrator Recruiting through training new staff to grown the division The Person: For this role our client is looking for someone with the following skills and experience: Experience in recruitment gained within the engineering and technical sector Strong numerical and Microsoft Office skills. Eye for detail, accuracy and analytical working are paramount for this role Ability to prioritise workloads, coordinate and organise manpower resourcing tasks, requirements and administration Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with clients, project teams, subcontractors and suppliers as well as internal staff Ability to work effectively with all documentation in conjunction with others. Ability to work on one's own initiative as well as grown a dynamic team Ability to work under pressure, motivate and suggest continuous improvements Be willing to work and travel within the East & West Midlands Typical hours are 09.00-17.30 Monday to Friday.
