ENGIE are looking for an Engineering Recruiter to be based at the Callflex Business Park, Golden Smithies Ln, Wath upon Dearne, Rotherham S63 7ER. This is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package. Main Responsibilities/Duties Include: * Providing the business with Engineering Recruitment expertise including advising hiring managers on market conditions and agency engagement. * Understanding market trends within the Engineering and Energy Services Sector and offering the business solutions on how to adapt to such changes. * Building talent pipelines and establishing strategies which align to the business strategy and future growth. * Achieving targets sets out by the business to increase direct searches. * Posting job advertisements and using job boards. * Attend site visits to build technical knowledge and business understanding. Qualifications or Required Experience: * Minimum two years of engineering recruitment experience preferably within an external and internal environment - Construction and Regeneration background is essential. * educated to degree level(desirable) * Working within a targeted environment, adhering to KPIs and delivering quality candidates. * Advanced user in Boolean Searches. * Expert in writing job advertisements and job boards. * Experience of building talent pipelines on LinkedIn Recruiter. * Stakeholder Management. For this role, you must have evidence of the right to work in the UK. There is no relocation package with this job role.
