We are expanding our team here at Contek Recruitment Solutions and we are looking for an Apprentice to join the team, based right on Erdington High Street, to develop into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant! Have you just left School/College and are looking to get into Recruiting? Are you into networking and helping others find their ideal career? Are you active and outgoing with a forward thinking approach? You will be supported and developed alongside a local Apprenticeship within business, aswell as recruiting professionals sitting alongside to guide you through. If you would like to join a friendly team within a warm environment - and are up for a laugh at the same time, then this is the role for you! This opportunity will give you chance to recieve bonuses as you grow. Main Duties: -Resourcing and speaking to candidates. -Organising Interviews. -Updating software systems with information. -Speaking to potential customers. -Advertising through means of social media and job boards. -Helping out in the office. Working hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30 - 4:00pm Friday 8:30 - 2:30pm
