Option Change Recruitment are an Engineering/Technical recruitment consultancy based in Borehamwood. The role of Recruitment Consultant is a true 360 role which involves business development, account management and candidate search and selection. This would suit Recruitment Consultants who are happy to follow up and chase prospective clients and leads, willing to get out and meet clients, design a bespoke service to meet their needs and then go away and deliver what you have promised to your clients. As the Recruitment Consultant you may need to spend some time outside of usual business hours contacting candidates to discuss the opportunities and clients you are working with. The Recruitment Consultant you would need to be confident, hardworking and have good commercial awareness. It is important to be able to take rejection and keep going but you also should be able to say No to prospective clients if you don’t believe you can deliver or when the deal is not commercially viable. Under promise and over deliver is always a great trait to have in recruitment! As a small but growing & ambitious company we are happy to discuss what you would be looking from the usual salary requirements, bonus as well as what you are looking to achieve in terms of work/life balance and how you work best. Commission is paid and there is no threshold and commission starts at 10% and rises to 20% depending in the amount of revenue generated. We offer a friendly and relaxed atmosphere with a casual dress code, although business dress is required when you are visiting your clients.
