Recruitment Consultant - (Engineering Desk) Salary up to £30,000 doe -  plus commission  Manchester Kelly Services is looking for experienced recruitment consultants to join our ranks of specialised recruitment professionals. Revenue in 2014 was $5.6 billion.  Job Description You will be responsible for building a pipeline of candidates, successfully winning new business and building long lasting relationships with client organisations. You will be responsible for ensuring and maintaining the success of your own desk. Responsibilities: - Developing business through cold calling, networking, social media etc. Negotiating fees, keeping in mind at all times what will be beneficial to both your own desk and Kelly Services as a company  - Visiting clients regularly to develop new business and build lasting relationships. Pro-actively sourcing candidates through social media, job adverts you have posted, referrals from your network etc to ensure you are the first to market with suitable candidates in your discipline - Reviewing applicants CV's in response to live vacancies, screening the relevantly experienced candidates by telephone and face to interviews. - To manage the interview process from beginning to end, ensuring client and candidate are kept informed at all times. - Working to set KPI's and financial targets each month   You must have - 6 months+ sales experience (Sales, Recruitment, Cold-Calling) - Money motivated, ambitious and driven by success - Competitive - Confident within a target driven environment - Passionate about progression with a proven track record of success - Strong communication skills What we can offer you - 22 days annual leave plus your birthday off each year - Excellent bonus structure - Healthcare - Pension - Fantastic other benefits including high street vouchers, cycle to work, childcare vouchers etc - Great working environment
