As such we are currently recruiting for a high-achieving Recruitment Consultants with experience within the Fire & Security, Building Services and Engineering sectors, who are able to support and contribute towards our specialist team's continued success. The role: Working as a 360 recruiter focusing on a split of Business Development and Overlay accounts. Your responsibilities will include identifying, developing and managing client business relationships as well as selling our recruitment services and negotiating the rates of business. Additionally, you will manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond - Sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients. Requirements: As an experienced Recruiter, you will have a minimum of 18 months solid experience either working a permanent or contract desk within the building services industry. You will be responsible for your own billings, as this is a 360-recruitment role where you will maintain and develop strong relationships between client and candidates. Communication, empathy, sales and negotiation skills, planning ability, time management and professionalism are all qualities needed to succeed in this role. You will be a natural problem solver who has ambition and has proved to be capable and dependable.
