Engineering Recruitment Consultant Burnley Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm Friday 9am – 3pm £25K - £30K Ideal Recruit are looking for a passionate Engineering Recruitment Consultant with fantastic Sales ability on a permanent basis to work at the Burnley Branch. You will be exceptional in your role and look to bring your expertise to help drive the branch forward. Your main responsibilities as an Engineering Recruitment Consultant will be: * Drive the Engineering Permanent division forward * Develop new business, whilst retaining existing business * Attend client visits * Interview candidates & consult along with interview advice & preparation * Gaining leads & following up to obtain new business * Source candidates and fill Permanent vacancies * Manage personal sales tracker & own objectives weekly * To be successful for this role you will be driven, motivated, and demonstrate proven business development skills.
