Job Description Under the supervision of the HR & Financial Manager, the successful candidate will be in charge of the following activities. * Assign engineering staff at customer for Segula Technologies * Maintain and build on our good relationship with clients and gain connections in other departments in order to place staff there * Support and work with other Recruiters * Client acquisition in order to extend the recruitment base in the UK * Weekly report of recruitment activity to the management * Implementation of Recruitment KPI * Create Recruitment documentations * Create communication supports Additional missions could be added depending on business requirements and willingness of the successful candidate Profile -Degree in HR or Business Management -Excellent communication skills. -PC literate – Strong pack office knowledge -Fluent in English (French is a plus) -Autonomous, Dynamic & strong interpersonal skills - Previous experience in HR/Recruitment or Business management is a plus - Previous experience in the Automotive or rail engineering industry
