Entry Level Recruitment Consultant - Belfast About Us: We are a specialist IT Recruitment Consultancy with our office based in Belfast City Centre, however we focus on the IT market within the Republic of Ireland. The tech industry in Ireland is thriving and is on its way to becoming Europe's tech capital! We have been operating for 8 years and have grown to a team of 29. With plans to open our new office in North Carolina (USA) this year, we will need ambitious individuals to join our team to further drive our success. Extensive training is provided in order to ensure each Entry Level Recruitment Consultant is able to provide a high quality, specialist service specific to their own niche IT market within Reperio. We will make sure you have the training, technology and knowledge to be successful in your position. Desirable skills and experience: Experience in a sales-orientated environment Third level degree in any subject Must be professional and confident to deal at a high level with clients and candidates A high level of motivation, resilience and goal-orientated approach to business Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work in a high-pressure/fast-paced environment The Role: You will build and develop your own niche IT Recruitment Desk, and in doing so, will begin by building a network of candidates, utilising the sourcing expertise you'll gather from your training, and developing your relationships with these candidates. You will also be responsible for sourcing, targeting & developing your own portfolio of clients with whom you will place your candidates. Our Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant opportunity is sales driven and is not for the faint-hearted. It will require serious resilience, determination and an ability to build rapport. Although tough, our role is extremely rewarding, both financially & professionally. Successful consultants can look forward to a meritocratic organisation who reward effort and positive results. Competitive base salary with one of the leading commission schemes in Northern Ireland as each consultant is offered up to 35% commission, completely uncapped from the beginning. With a potential first year OTE of £30,000+, second year OTE £40,000-£50,000 and third year OTE £(phone number removed)+.
