About the role As a business to business sales career you will be working in a fast paced, target driven environment surrounded by like minded individuals who want to work hard, compete, progress and earn unrivalled, uncapped commission based on your own performance. Predominantly working in the education sector, SmithCorp focuses on for filling staffing needs for Schools, College, Training centres etc. We work in vertical markets meaning you have your own mini business within a business. You will be given a subject specific area to work in a geographical location and will be responsible for all aspects of your own desk working a full 360 recruitment role. Many trainee roles don’t offer the opportunity to earn and train at the same time but here at SmithCorp we do. We offer in-house intensive training from the moment you become a trainee with us and will encourage you to continue training as you progress through our ratchet system. As we are an organically grown company - we only ever promote from within so your development with us is especially important. Earning Potential Realistically in your 1st year with us you will earn between £25-30k– this will also include a £3k rise to your basic salary as you’re promoted from a trainee to a consultant. Within 18-24 months here, you should be on target to earn £40k+, by which point you should be on the pathway to mentoring/managing. Within four years, you will be earning in excess of £80k+. Many top consultants in the company earn a six figure salary however there is no limit on your earnings and we have a number of consultants who have earned over £40K in their first year at SmithCorp – what you put in here is what you will get out!
