They have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced BDM/IT Recruitment Consultant who has experience within contract recruitment to join their successful, rapidly growing team. Although the candidate can work from their North West Offices in Manchester, they will also support remote working so the individual can be based elsewhere in the country. In this role you will develop your own client base and specifically focus on ERP and managed service solutions. Other responsibilities including Gaining an in-depth knowledge of the ERP market (full training provided) Networking within the ERP community Identifying new business opportunities Developing expertise throughout the full sales life cycle and look at the implementation of managed services as well as ERP solutions. Attracting candidates through recommendations, headhunting and social media platforms. Bringing on new business accounts and continuously developing the company reputation for ERP recruitment excellence. Building and maintaining strong, long-term client and candidate relationships Managing the full recruitment life cycle, from taking a brief to placing candidates Skills/Experience Required: • • Entrepreneurial vision; ambitious with an aptitude for learning new information. Keeping abreast of companies and contractors movements to quickly identify the right person as soon as an opportunity arises Someone keen to develop from selling recruitment solutions to providing a full managed service Consultative, in depth sales approach Self-motivation Ability to generate own leads Ability to quickly build robust relationships based on trust and confidence. Strong new business sales experience Experience as a Contract Recruitment Consultant, ideally with experience within the IT sector Experience providing ERP solutions is desirable but not essential Professional outlook with a strong desire to succeed in life. Excellent communication skills Preference for working in a fast moving, creative and entrepreneurial environment Attention to detail A highly competitive spirit with the self-motivation to achieve personal goals Good organisational skills with the ability to cope with constantly changing priorities.
