My client, a global provider in ‘specialist and niche’ recruitment services operating across Investment Banking and Management, Engineering, IT and Oil & Gas, are looking for a proven European Recruitment Manager to drive their teams forward covering the Nordics and DACS region. Working as a European Recruitment Manager you will be leading a warm established successful European Desk and you will be given the autonomy, budget and scope to open their first European Office within the next 2 years. Key responsibilities & accountabilities • Hiring new Consultants - People Development, Judgement, and Decision Making. • Strategic Level Influence - ability to present convincing commercial reasons for making changes based on costing and potential business returns. • Understanding the importance of culture, the motivations of consultants in the team. • Create new initiatives and see it through to completion, can demonstrate ROI for projects/ events/engages fellow managers/ directors. • Consistently demonstrates a capacity to win new customers and convert to revenue and repeat business as well as maintaining and developing key accounts • Develop and implement scalable recruiting processes • Be responsible for performance managing the team. • Ensure that processes and policies are clear and transparent • Maintaining and updating key KPI on our Salesforce System • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to generate candidate flow aswell as providing candidates and clients with a platinum-service throughout our hiring • Work in collaboration with other senior managers to ensure consistent and repeatable operational process management Required skills & experience • Experience managing a Global Recruitment team generating a minimum of £750k NFI • Proven track record performance managing a team of at 5 - 10+ staff • Be s elf-directed, detail-oriented, a problem solver and have a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize and meet goals and deadlines • End to end recruiting process experience • Great communication skills, work integrity, and honesty • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced changing work environment, managing time efficiently and provide insights into progress • Working knowledge of Salesforce is highly desirable.
