ACCOUNT MANAGER- SALES Flexible working Hours Part-time roles are also available Basic 16- 22 to earn 40k Year 2 -50-70k ote and management development THE COMPANY A well-respected specialist niche recruitment company has just bought larger offices. They are based on the outskirts of Maidenhead in a semi-rural location (so you will need transportation). As a result we need to recruit 10 people over a controlled expansion programme. Over a 15 year period the company has established a strong client base. With the move this affords an unusual opportunity to get in at the start of an exciting new opportunity in recruitment! THE ROLE Would suit a self-motivated team player with a strong understanding of either sales or the insurance market .You will be working on established accounts which are often retained, which shows the strength of our relationships. We have a bank of existing well-known clients within a variety of sectors across the UK. We seek an experienced consultative telephone sales professional with a willingness to develop into client facing. A career-orientated individual with a strong desire to learn. PEOPLE ARE THE KEY TO OUR GROWTH An award winning training programme which includes a 3 month full development programme combining classroom, on the job and shadowing to provide a comprehensive introduction to the world of recruitment. On completion of this programme we will talk about the next stage of your development including the possibility of moving towards a management role Looking for candidates who: · Have strong knowledge of the sales and excellent customer service . · Strong IT and social media skills combined with a calm disciplined approach. · A drive to succeed and good communication skills.
