Upon starting the graduate scheme you will quickly become an advisory partner in high level executive search assignments. You will assist your division by exploring new areas of the industry by representing high profile candidates from various business functions. You will benefit from a number of exclusive relationships already established within each division with both innovative SME's and large Multinational companies. Upon starting the graduate scheme you will be involved in an intensive training course, providing you with the tools needed to progress in the role. You will work in collaboration with an experienced Managing consultant to assist in developing the technical reach of the team focusing on roles from Management level through to CFO.
