From their impressive central London offices, our client’s growing team works on Senior Executive roles across Europe and America. Providing high level search and recruitment across front, middle and back office, our client consults on mainly retained or exclusive roles within Sales, IT, Services, Transformation and Change Management, Accountancy & Finance, specialising within the Outsourcing sector.
Previously focussing on permanent positions, our client has embraced the growing Contract market to launch a division solely dealing with Interim and high level Contractors. As their client base expands, so will our client’s reach, with newly opened offices in the US, the opportunity to work abroad is a real possibility.
Due to the growing demands of their highly successful key client, our Executive Search client is looking to expand their Account Management team to include a number of new Account Executives. Managing the key client and pitching in candidates brought on by the Resourcing team, this is a pivotal role to ensure the smooth running of a hugely important client account.
Coming from a Recruitment or Executive Search background, with experience of the Big 4 consultancies or Tier 2 consultancies, you will be an exceptional Account Executive or Account Manager. You will be comfortable dealing with key, C-suite clients and candidates, with the industry experience, network and track record to back up your confidence.
You will hold customer service in high regard, ensuring your key client is imparted with knowledge and industry trends, genuinely adding value to the relationship. You will be an expert in your field, with a keen eye to spot talent, having gained an in-depth understanding of your key client’s needs, expectations and corporate culture.
You may be a Recruitment Consultant who is wanting to step away from a heavy KPI-driven recruitment business, whose only focus is on the short term gains. You may be an Executive Search specialist looking to step away from winning new business to focus more on Account Management and delivery. You may wish to direct your energy onto a single client to become a market leading niche Executive Search Account Executive. You may be coming from industry skilled in the Outsourcing market. The possibilities are endless if you have the right character and personality traits.
