You’ll have a track record of success in Technology recruitment with strong experience of all aspects of recruitment including sourcing, building relationships and networking. The consultant will get the opportunity to work on vacancies with leading brand names from day one whilst also building their own client base. We are looking for full 360 consultants who will have access to a number of large accounts that we are looking for coverage on. A key part of this role will be to nurture strong long-lasting client relationships and networking will be key. You will be rewarded for success with a wide range of incentives along with one on one coaching to develop your career and achieve your goals. The Recruitment Consultant will: * Deliver a full 360 recruitment role through business development and networking * Attend regular client meetings, networking events and meetups * Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI's whilst delivering excellent client and candidate services * Identify, assess and place suitable candidates who meet client requirements * Screen and interview candidates professionally and thoroughly to ensure all relevant information is gathered and all legislative requirements are met. * Develop and manage client / candidate relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement Life at MBN Solutions MBN Solutions have a clear career path which you will have access to from day 1.
