Here are Redline Executive, we are reinvesting back in the business, and our people, and we are actively hiring an Executive Search Consultant to continue the expansion of the team. As an Executive Search Consultant you have active participation and support in senior hire projects for the business. You will take a lead in the sourcing and identification of D and C level candidates, carrying out structured registration interviews and keeping accurate database intel on each candidate. Executive Search Consultants are encouraged to seek sales lead opportunities through candidates existing employment, referees, referrals, interview activity and market knowledge. Key areas of the role include maintaining regular contact, networking, relationship building & management and market research. Ideally we are looking for someone with previous experience of actively searching & identifying senior hire projects, working in a professional and credible environment ensuring delivery to International clients.
