The environment suits self starters, people who want to do well and don't need someone constantly pushing them with regards to how their desk is running. Custard Recruitment are currently looking to recruit two local Education Recruitment Consultants to join our team. You will be an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant with a proven record of success in the industry. Working within a really friendly and focussed team, this is a fantastic opportunity for a self motivated individual to come in and work in their own way, a way which will have previously seen you succeed in relationship building, new business development and booked business. The ideal candidate will most likely be professional, friendly and have a soft approach to recruitment, rather than a traditional, hard sell approach. So why join Custard Recruitment? Our roles are offered as full time posts or potentially, in the Education team, term time only, meaning you could have 13 weeks off a year.
