Due to continued growth, we currently have an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving Manufacturing & Engineering Division. Full one to one training will be given to ensure you understand the role fully and start making some serious money. We are not looking for a hard-selling individual but a person who can be themselves and bring personality to the role. This we believe brings in more business by taking an honest but effective approach. You will be rewarded with a competitive salary and an excellent commission structure. Benefits Medical care, eyes and dentist care Mobile phone 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays 09:00am – 17:00 pm 4pm finish on a Friday Responsibilities: * Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies; * Visiting clients to build and develop relationships; * Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment; * Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media, for example newspapers, websites, magazines; * Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers; * Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work; * Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy; * Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client; Requirements: * Sales Experience * Confident and be able to handle objections with ease. * Be able to think outside the box * Fully committed to the role * Flexible with hours and must drive Burns Recruitment specialise purely within the manufacturing/Engineering industries.
