ITS currently have an opening for an experienced recruitment consultant, to be based in our Reading head office. We are a 100% privately owned specialist recruitment agency, focusing in all trades and labour construction. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, vibrant company. As a recruitment consultant you will be tasked with winning over new clients, maintaining strong relationships with both clients and temp workers, managing your own work load including candidate compliance and matching the ideal temps to the current vacancies on offer. Successful candidates will be target driven, self motivated and confident on the phones. Experience in sales or customer service type roles is essential, and experience in sales/recruitment would be ideal. Applicants must hold a valid driving licence.
