WB Employment are looking for a new team member to join or successful recruitment agency Based in Plymouth. We supply temporary and permanent staffing solutions to client’s through-out Plymouth and the southwest. WB Employment has been open for over 14 years growing from a single office in Bristol to having offices based in Gloucester, Exeter, Basingstoke Newport and Plymouth with more expansion planned. The person we are looking for will need to be a proactive, confident, out going, positive person with excellent IT skills and eye for detail. The position available is for an Experienced senior Recruitment Consultant or Manager with working hours for 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday but some flexibility is expected, a competitive salary plus bonuses and 20 days holiday. Bonus Scheme You will be paid a full 10% of all margin in your Probation period and on completion of probation period you will have a £5000 monthly thresh hold,  you will then join the company bonus scheme of 10% of the £5000 and will top out at 20% . Some skills you will need to have:                                                                                                - Good standard of written communication, verbal and numerical reasoning - Knowledge and ability to use computer packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel - Keen attention to detail with administrative experience Ability to diagnose problems/issues and to analyse information from a variety of sources and priorities actions appropriately. - Ability to plan and organise workload effectively - Great telephone manner - Customer service skills - Experienced sales skills ( face to face and telephone based) - UK Drivers licence Some of the duties will be:                                                                                     - Collecting timesheets from clients. - Data Entry on to word and excel spread sheets. - Interviewing candidates - Customer interaction and interviewing candidates. - Creating new sales leads and following though until finalized - On site meetings (face to face sales) - Problem solving - Answering Telephones - Taking and passing on messages. - Problem solving - People management You will be responsible for successfully managing a specialist division, placing temporary and contract staff. Through telephone sales, face to face business meetings and account management you will retain and develop an enviable client base and become an established expert in your field.(A car driver is essential).Ongoing training and development with the opportunity to gain industry recognised qualifications will be given.
