We will enrol you in to the Interaction Training Academy and give you one-to-one coaching, classroom-based learning and ongoing mentorship. We have one of the best training teams in the recruitment industry. During your first 6 months you will be trained in every aspect of the recruitment role. What are we looking for? * Ambitious and driven people wanting to earn very good money * High-achievers already working within a sales or service-oriented business (within anITfield) who have a desire to work in a more entrepreneurial environment; or Graduates with a 2:1 Degree (or higher) who can demonstrate post university work experience of 2 years or more; or * Graduate-calibre individuals already employed in the recruitment industry, who wish to accelerate their career. You must possess 2 year+ of good work experience at a good company. Please note that all applicants must hold a current full UK driving license What is the role? This is a sales role where you will be responsible on a daily basis for identifying and winning new business. Although predominantly sales, recruitment is a very satisfying and rewarding career where you are helping people to find jobs and businesses to find staff. At Interaction your earnings are unlimited and in your first year you should expect to earn £25-30k. Once successful, your earnings potential is superb with our high-achievers earning £50k+ per annum and many earning £75k+.
