We will enrol you in to the Interaction Training Academy and give you one-to-one management coaching, classroom-based learning and ongoing mentorship. What are we looking for? This role is for successful professionals wanting to become recruitment managers. We will train you to become a manager, to build and develop teams. You will be expected to lead from the front. Recruitment is a very satisfying and rewarding career where you are helping people to find jobs and businesses to find staff. There is a good degree of sales in recruitment so you must be comfortable to very keen with sales and selling. At Interaction your earnings are unlimited and in your first year you should expect to earn £40k - £50k. Earnings potential is superb with our high-achieving managers earning £60k+ per annum and many earning £75k+. For individuals with aspirations to move into higher leadership roles Interaction provides talented individuals the opportunity to quickly achieve promotion to Senior Manager, Regional Manager and Director.
