We are currently looking for a Field Recruitment Administrator The role of the Field Recruitment Administrator is to carry out the recruitment of Temporary staff in line with group processes and targets and applicable employment law and best practice. This responsibility will typically be carried out within a defined geographical area and will be driven by projected service capacity requirements. Typical duties will include: * Understanding current and future recruitment needs; * Developing, in partnership with local branches, recruitment plans to meet current and future staffing requirements in line with agreed key performance indicators; * Exploring and using a wide range of methods to attract potential staff, including innovative and non-traditional methods; * Liaising with partner agencies (e.g. Jobcentre Plus, recruitment advertising agencies) as appropriate to attract suitable job candidates; * Arranging and attending job fairs, open days and other recruitment events; * Maintaining and keeping track of an active ‘pipeline’ of new applicants; * Expediting the recruitment process to minimise ‘drop-off’ before appointment; * Arranging and/or conducting selection interviews in a timely fashion; * Implementing good and fair recruitment practice in line with approved group procedures; * Providing advice and support (and training, where appropriate) to management on recruitment and selection; * Engaging with, involving and supporting other members of staff in recruitment processes (e.g. selection interviews); * Liaising with branch managers to ensure new recruits are ‘signed off’ as suitable to work in a timely fashion; * Maintaining complete, clear paperwork in respect of each applicant and ensuring such documentation is uploaded on to the candidate file in good time after appointment; * Alerting branch and regional management without delay to any shortfall in recruitment pipeline numbers; * Providing written and verbal reports on recruitment activity as requested
