The role is based in Winsford Cheshire, although you will be working throughout Cheshire selling Commercial Recruitment Services. Do you enjoy the satisfaction of building new business with organisations? Do you have experience of negotiating tenders? Are you an experienced sales or recruitment consultant looking to work for an organisation which gives you rewards and recognition for the work you do? Well look no further… this Recruitment Field Sales role offers just that!! You will be nurturing existing relationships with clients, gathering and following up on leads, converting new business into vacancies the team will fill. Responsibilities: Research prospective accounts, pursue leads and follow through to attending meetings with relevant contacts Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients Identify new prospects within existing accounts New business sales generated from both the office and on the road.
