We also operate a consistent content marketing strategy that sees us publishing content to the internet and social media. Both of these strategies sees us produce lots of high quality leads every week from HR professionals / In-house recruiters who are fans of EasyWeb.   This role focuses solely on developing business largely within this community of delegates and people known to us, meeting with them and detailing how our services might be suitable for them.   This role would suit a proactive individual who enjoys meeting new people, networking and winning new business.   THE OPPORTUNITY:   Our aim is to be a recruitment partner to our client`s rather than just another supplier. To this mind we offer a full range of services from training (free), recruitment advertising, recruitment agency and software.   You will look to manage each prospect through the sales cycle and see them successfully setup with a dedicated internal account manager. Then you would move on to work on bringing through more new clients. We are very successful in maintaining client relationships so all our current sales team are seeing their earnings grow year on year, as they build their client base.   YOU:    To be successful in this role you will need to have a good track record of selling in a B2B environment. You might not have had experience selling recruitment or software services, but ideally you will be selling a service that requires a consultative approach and be used to working in a client facing sales role.   You will need to be confident, intelligent, highly motivated and able to build rapport with people both over the telephone and face to face.   You may have had experience in one of the following roles: Online Recruitment Software Sales, Business Development, Recruitment Sales, Recruitment Account Manager, Field Sales, Account Director, Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, Online Recruitment Account Executive, Job Board Sales, Internal Account Manager, Online Advertising Sales Consultant, Recruitment Consultant etc   This vacancy is being advertised by Easy Web Recruitment, the UK`s leading Online Recruitment Agency.
