Auto enrolment Pension Scheme Private Health Insurance and other employee benefits to be introduced after qualifying period Mobile phone and Laptop 30 days holiday (including bank holidays) Free parking We are members of the independent Recruitment Network - TEAM What we would like you to do; Reporting to the Branch Manager of Stevenage you’ll be experienced in Sales / Business Development looking to utilise your experience to generate your own client relationships for the finance and compliance sectors.  You'll be managing both clients and candidates working as a full 360 recruitment consultant on a rapidly growing desk, initially in the UK then with scope to move your desk internationally.   Your success in this role will enable you to be part of a growing team of highly motivated Recruitment Consultants in a Company with large expansion plans across the UK and internationally.  You’ll be a natural and inspirational sales person capable of generating and managing a varied pipeline. You’ll be an organised and empathetic individual capable of building close relationships with the clients and candidates in your sector. You’ll agree the sales targets and performance metrics with the Branch Manager where you will be handsomely rewarded for hitting and exceeding them! Working closely with the whole MET team to understand the needs of the business and the role, you will constantly be identifying new leads and Headhunting potential independent clients and key accounts for your network. You will ensure that client customer service is the best it can be as we want people to know how much of a great company we are whether we place successfully or not! You will continually expand your reach through networking, Marketing and Social Media engagements with a view to being part of the wider growth plans for the business. What we need from you; Strong B2B sales or previous recruitment background – we are looking for somebody who is now looking for a role where they can realise their own success as well as that of the company overall.
