How you can expect to spend your day: Attending client and candidate meetings offsite and onsite Resourcing live permanent and interim roles Writing targeted online and offline marketing/mailshot Business Development – account management, leads chasing, networking (phone and meetings), seeking referrals (clients and candidates) Creation and maintenance of a quality client and candidate database Preparation of proposals, tenders and preferred supplier agreements and presentations Candidate recruitment and selection at all levels The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications: Outgoing and positive Consultative approach to client relationships Team player with great interpersonal skills Professional Bright – educated to degree standard (ideally business, finance, IT, economics, politics related degree) What are the perks of working at this company?
