What to expect as the FinTech Recruitment Consultant
Each person in this well-established firm is a 360 degree Recruitment Consultant in the truest sense. You will be involved in New Business Development as well as Account Management, to taking and delivering on briefs. You will build upon your own candidate networks, although your starting platform is already very impressive, since our client has a long list of existing clients and candidates.
You will be supported fully in getting up and running and your ongoing, continuous growth will be reinforced, encouraged and very well rewarded. Our client offers a unique, home-devised programme of training, courses, best in class processes and professional standards, created to ensure they remain top of their class.
Although this business is predominantly focused on the Financial Services Technology space, there is a genuine opportunity for bright Recruitment Consultants to break into Business Intelligence and Cyber Security, DevOps, Cloud Technology and Big Data too. Market-led, there are also opportunities for Contract/Interim Recruitment Consultants with our mainly Permanent client.
With no strict KPIs, or targets, if you are a business-savvy Recruitment Consultant, with the tenacity and mature attitude towards your work, you will do extremely well here and will be rewarded handsomely.
Desired skills and experience
The ideal Recruitment Consultant will have a Technical recruitment background. An alternative route into the business is from a technology sales background or perhaps another front of house/sales background if you are keen to start a career in recruitment and have the personality and presence to be memorable and impactful.
They are looking for strong characters who can build meaningful relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues.
