Fostering Social Worker - Recruitment & Training Role My Client, an Independent Fostering Agency, are looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their team in Kent. The post holder will hold a small case load of foster families who are located within Kent while also under taking initial visits, completing Form F Assessments through to Panel and delivering training to carers. This post would suit Qualified Social Workers who are looking for a role within a friendly, small team made up of an experienced manager and social workers. The agency refuses to be bought out by larger IFAs; keeping better outcomes for children at the centre of its work.
