POSITION: Games Recruitment Consultants SALARY: £25-30k basic OTE of £35-40k for the first year rising to £70k plus for year three onwards. This is an award winning recruitment agency which specialises in computer games and related technologies. It has been trading for longer than any other similar specialist consultancy. The company is fortunate in having a strong brand and clients come to them from all over the world. So there is less telesales activity than with most recruitment companies. The business development is therefore focussed on conferences, networking and client visits. Due to ongoing success throughout the lockdown, the company is seeking Games Recruitment Consultants. This is a superb opportunity to join a growing company. At present they all work at home for at least three days per week. Longer term, the mix between home and office based working will depend upon the individual person’s success and adaptability. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
