We're seeking an experienced and qualified Assessor ready to deliver and assess Intermediate or Higher / Advanced level Apprenticeships in a range of subjects including Business Admin, Customer Service, Management, Sales and Recruitment, to a caseload of learners in Birmingham & surrounding areas. Generic Assessor (+ Sales & Recruitment): The essentials. * Assessment/Assessing/Assessor Qualifications (A1,TAQA, CAVA, ACWE, AVRA, IQAA, A2) * Literacy and Numeracy Qualifications (at Level 2 or Above) * Full UK driving licence and use of own car Generic Assessor (+ Sales & Recruitment): Your experience. * Occupational history and competence within the industry * Excellent communication skills * Accurate report writing and record keeping skills * Observing and assessing learners in their workplace Generic Assessor (+ Sales & Recruitment): The desirables. * Verifier Qualification (IQA, V1, CAVA, EQA, AIQAPP, CLIQAAP, AEQAPP, CLEQAAP) * IAG Qualification * Teaching Qualification (PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, CertEd, 7407) Generic Assessor (+ Sales & Recruitment): The organisation. * One of the largest and most respected Training Organisations in the UK, with direct SFA Funding and an excellent Ofsted Grade are expanding on a National basis. Working in WBL and W2W Sectors this company invest in YOU as well as the end client. Generic Assessor (+ Sales & Recruitment): The role. * You will be required to deliver and assess to a caseload (minimum 40 learners) within the region, who are working towards Intermediate or Higher / Advanced level Apprenticeships. * You are responsible for maintaining a minimum caseload of 40 learners. * Functional Skills Maths, English, and ICT will be delivered along with the course. * Subjects covered will be Business Admin, Customer Service, Management, Sales, and Recruitment.
