Recruitment GERMAN FRENCH OR DUTCH SPEAKING recruitment consultant £25K-35k + Commission City OF London NM/8057 ONLY REPLY IF YOU CAN SPEAK GERMAN / FRENCH OR DUTCH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE – MOTHER TONGUE ENGLISH AND ONLY WANTS RECRUITMENT Purpose of the role: A multi-award-winning technology and transformation recruitment agency specializing in data, digital, cloud and security are currently recruiting a Consultant to join their busy and growing team within their city office. The main purpose of the role is to provide resource support (generate candidates) for vacancies they are resourcing for. This role is a training position. Once successfully undertaking the role you will progress to building your own client base as an Associate Consultant, client facing. Main tasks & Responsibilities: Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates, pre-screening the individuals and procuring their CVs and creating a shortlist of candidates Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment Mapping the London qualified lawyer market and supplementing the existing database Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates Meeting with candidates, preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable candidates Organising interviews for candidates as requested Working towards targets that may relating to the number of candidates generated which are placed, a value to be billed and business leads generated Required Qualifications or Work Experience: Ideally educated to graduate level or equivalent Previous experience not essential however clear motivation to work in a sales-based environment essential Applications from individuals with up to 18 months recruitment, resourcing or sales based experienced welcome Personal Attributes: Self-starter, motivated and an ability to work well under pressure Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional and confident Excellent administration/organisational skills and attention to detail Flexible and Pro-active Ritz Rec (Emp Agy) Do you have previous recruitment sales background Do you have strong and confident communication skills Are you self-motivated and have lots of drive and enthusiasm
