German Speaking Recruitment Manager – C++, Marketing, Berlin Based Beautiful offices based in Berlin – 45,000-80,000 Euros + Benefits + Travel + Relocation Assistance About the company Large graphics software company with 800,000 software users worldwide Established since 2002 – Advanced C++ engineering and reverse engineered coding. US and German locations – Multinational employees Beautiful offices with 60+ employees in Berlin. Recruitment team of 3+ Daily Duties Working with senior C++ Developers and talented computer scientists To plan, run and lead conferences and targeted branding campaigns throughout Germany. Some occasional European travel involved. Leading the companies brand and marketing and social media campaigns. Build and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, headhunting and social media Understanding and writing complex C++ adverts and pre-interviewing potential candidates. Working with service providers and assisting in candidate relocations. Required Skills To understand and have in-depth knowledge of C++ development A proven background in either technical recruitment, event management or C++ development Strong communicational English skills both in German and English An exceptional and warm personality, confident and able to influence key stakeholders and able to build the companies awareness worldwide The correct working permit for permanent employment in the EU No remote work will be allowed for this role although chosen hours for the right candidate may be considered. Some occasional travel will be required, and relocation assistance is offered. The interview process would start with a small online presentation test followed by an all expenses paid face to face interview
