Omni provides clients with Consulting, Training, Resourcing and Technology Solutions and are looking to expand business development activities to support business growth of Omni’s services in accordance with the business plan objectives. We are recruiting for a talented Business Development Executive to support our Business Development Manager and Client Solutions Director to: * Generate leads using the website, email, direct mail, social media, seminars/roundtables and other methods. * Establish and develop relationships with prospective clients to identify their key requirements and decision makers. * Attend meetings with prospective clients independently and in conjunction with senior managers * lead and support the sales process from lead to deal signed As a Business Development Executive you will take responsibility for supporting the sales process from lead to deal signed, proactively promoting our brand and services out to the marketplace. You will be degree educated, an exceptional communicator, able to provide a consultative and solutions approach with prospective clients. You will have the ability and motivation to generate strong leads, using market information as well as your experience and influencing skills to provide solutions to our clients facing resourcing challenges. Above all, you will share our passion for expertise to really change the way organisations resource.
