About the position Our client is providing ambitious and self-motivated Graduate Business Development Managers the opportunity to become a high earning, methodical sales professional. You will be a part of a comprehensive sales and product training induction where they provide you with all the tools required to become successful and they follow this up with daily training sessions to assist in your continual development. How do they sell? Our client sells solutions to enhance a Talent Acquisition process, the way they articulate this is through understanding the challenges a business is currently facing with its Talent Acquisition process and through this they associate any specific pains with their solution. If they are unable to resolve the challenges a company is experiencing then they provide advice and leave them with a positive taste of the organization.
