Stott and May are looking for a graduate tech recruitment consultant to join our high performing tech contracts team in our Reading office, recruiting across the UK. What To Expect In This Role - Full 360 recruitment role - Become a subject matter expert and demonstrate commitment to driving your own learning about industry/sector/market and broader business issues - Leading learning & development programme kicking off with ‘Stottership’ 2-week academy, followed up with continuous training through to director level (blended programme including 1:1, group, sales floor and online) - Demonstrate an expert and credible personal brand to clients, candidates and colleagues Must Have Experience - Able to work in a fast paced and competitive environment - Able to manage self and time effectively - Able to think on feet - Excellent communication skills - assertive, credible and confident Apply below
