Graduate Recruiter An opportunity for a new graduate - based in Fareham, near Portsmouth About Us Blueprint Recruitment Solutions is a successful professional recruitment company based on the Cams Hall Estate at Fareham, near Portsmouth,Park Gate and Whiteley. We are a strong team of Recruitment Consultants with a vibrant work environment and excellent benefits including early finishes on Fridays, social events, a company Boat Trip and commission and bonuses for both individual and team sales performance. We have achieved exceptional growth in 2019 and we are now looking to hire 3 more Graduates to join our friendly and enthusiastic team. The position We are looking to recruit new Graduates who are looking for a career position where they can be trained as a Specialist Recruiter or Resourcer. The work focusses on building relationships with customers, predominantly through telephone work. You will be recruiting candidates to match our clients' requirements and arranging interviews for professional business people. About you Ideally you will be a university graduate who has finished this year. You do not need a specific degree but you should have a competitive mindset and will be looking for a career job that provides you with the opportunity to move up in a business. You will also be determined, money-motivated and driven. You will have a strong ability to communicate with customers and you will have an excellent telephone manner. Apart from your degree, no previous experience is required as full training is provided. The benefits You will be paid a good basic salary and will receive commission and bonuses related to your performance so that you have the ability to influence your earnings.
