Graduate Recruiter An office based role for a new graduate - based in Fareham, near Winchester About Us Blueprint Recruitment is a successful professional recruitment company based on the Cams Hall Estate at Fareham, near Winchester and Southampton. The position We are looking for Graduates who are looking for a career position where they can be trained as a Recruitment Resourcer. The work focusses on building relationships with customers, predominantly through telephone work. You will be recruiting candidates to match our clients' requirements and arranging interviews for professional business people. About you Ideally you will be a recent university graduate. You do not need a specific degree but you should have a competitive personality and will be looking for a career job that provides you with the opportunity to earn commission and bonuses on top of your salary. You will also be determined, ambitious and proactive. You will have a strong ability to communicate with customers and you will have an excellent telephone manner. No previous experience is required as full training is provided. The benefits You will be paid a good basic salary and will receive commission and bonuses related to targets and performance.
