About the Role: Working closely with the APAC Sales team, the APAC Graduate Recruiter focuses on finding suitable candidates in the UK to join the FDM Graduate Programme and represent FDM as IT or Business Consultants on our client sites in Hong Kong, Singapore and Mainland China. Duties and responsibilities: • Responsible for all APAC recruitment • Review and assess incoming applications • Conduct telephone interviews • Facilitate assessment days • Maintain all APAC social media platforms(Facebook/LinkedIn/Twitter/Weibo) • Build and maintain relationships with target UK universities • Build and maintain relationships with relevant student societies • Arrange and attend events and careers fairs at UK universities • Coordinate internal ‘open evenings’ and networking events • Sales support for APAC Sales team in Asia • Manage APAC trainees from when they start in- house until they move onto client site • Undergo interview preparation with APAC trainees • Facilitate client interviews in the UK Essential criteria: • Educated to degree level • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Extensive administrative abilities • 1 year of experience • Able to use initiative and to multitask • Works well in a team as well as independently • IT skills and knowledge of the UK graduate market • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines • Effective organisation skills with ability to prioritise • Experience of working in a target-based environment • Eligible to work in the UK Desirable criteria: • Additional languages (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) • Knowledge of the Asian graduate market
