Graduate Recruiter An office-based role for a new graduate - based in Fareham, near Portsmouth About Bluerprint Blueprint Recruitment is a successful, professional recruitment company based on the picturesque waterside business park on the Cams Hall Estate in Fareham, near Portsmouth. We are an enthusiastic and friendly team of Recruitment Consultants and Graduate Recruiters with a fast-paced working environment and excellent team-based benefits. As a result of new business coming in, we are now looking to hire an additional trainee Graduate Recruiter. The role We are looking for a new graduate to work on finding skilled professional candidates for our clients' outstanding vacancies. You will be building candidate talent pools and carrying out telephone interviews, as well as building relationships, matching suitable individuals to jobs and arranging interviews with clients. About you Ideally you will be a new university graduate (in any subject) with a competitive and ambitious personality and the desire to succeed in a business career. You will also be determined and proactive and will have a strong ability to communicate on the telephone. No previous experience is needed as full training is provided. The benefits You will be paid a good basic salary and will receive commission and bonuses on top.
